- How do I book a course?
After choosing your course we will arrange a suitable date for either your face to face training or a video call session, you will be sent a digital enrolment form to complete, this also has the details to pay the deposit for face to face courses or full payment for virtual courses. Once the payment has received you will be sent your digital course materials. The face to face course balance is due 7 days before the course date. For these courses a printed hard copy of the manual will be provided.
… - Can I watch the Virtual/video courses be watched back?
Yes of course all the videos will be available at any time you want for as long as you want to view them.
… - I work nights so struggling to find the time to attend a call?
Out Virtual courses have lots of resources that can be accessed 24 hours a day. So its just your live sessions that you would need to book in but as these can be arranged at a time to suit you.
… - Do I need a model, or can I work on myself?
At the time of this entry on the website the Government still have few restrictions due to Covid 19, but as they get lifted you can use a model as long as you are following safe guidelines. But you can work on yourself or some treatments you can be carried out on a false hand or a dolls head.
… - Do I receive a diploma/certificate?
Yes all our courses are accredited and fully insurable and you will receive both a digital pdf copy and a printed copy in the post.
… - Can I pay in instalments?
Yes of course, after paying a deposit of just £60 you can pay the rest in small instalments. The balance must be paid in full before commencing with your course.
… - Do you offer a finance option?
You can apply via PayPal credit for your course, they offer 0% interest on purchases over £99.
… - Do you offer 1to1 training?
Yes all our courses can be delivered on a one to one basis. Message us for further details.
… - Would you do training in our salon?
Yes of course courses can be arranged within your own salon and can be for one therapist or a group. We also offer courses, support and assessment for your Apprentice. Message us for further details.
… - Do I need a kit?
Some courses require you to purchase a kit or may be included in the course price. But all courses will require you to have basis products & tools to practice at home and carry out case studies.
… - When will I receive my certificate?
Once you have practiced and sent 3 case studies that have been approved you will be sent a digital certificate and then a printed copy in the post.
… - I can’t find my old certificates, do I need to show you?
Some courses require you to provide evidence that you are qualified in another treatment first e.g. you will need to be qualified in Facial skin care prior to Dermaplaning. This is also required for your insurance company.
… - How old do I need to be?
The Minimum age is 16, there is no maximum.
… - Do you do courses for beginners?
Yes there are many courses suitable for total beginners with no previous experience.
… - How are the virtual courses run?
They are via zoom with a live educator going through everything with you step by step, There is a dedicated Facebook group for the course with teaching material and support on, plus you can message or call anytime for feedback or support.
… - Do I get support afterwards?
Yes we are here for as long as you need us. FB support page, ongoing support throughout course and also a refresher session is available if you feel you need hands on support.
… - Is there Parking near by?
There are many parking spaces at the Business centre, also it is easy to travel by bus or train.
… - I feel nervous as I haven’t been in a learning environment for a long time?
Courses are relaxes and not rushed at all but are jam packed with information and hints and tips. The tutors are caring and understanding and help you build your skin and your confidence.
